食べる物には好みがあるのは大前提です。 第一印象は私は好きなパンでした。天然酵母ってそれぞれのクセがあり食べるまでいつもドキドキ。チョコタンさんは優しくて美味しいパン。 そして中身？具？の量は沢山入っていればいいというものではない！パンの食感や小麦の味を邪魔してない量です。 外はカリっ！中はモチっ！朝食に食べたけどとても気分が良い。 お値段は安くないが捉え方はそれぞれ。 店内からのロケーションが最高。ご主人も人当たりよい。 日曜日に行きました。お客様が次々と…。 11時頃には大半のパンは売り切れてました。あそまで行って売り切れだとショックなので早めにね。 ランチも美味しかったです。ご馳走さまでした。

When I had lunch made by Mr. Gori at Senninzuka Campsite, this bread came out and it was delicious, so I stopped by on my way home from the camp.

It looks like a gourmet navigator, so when I checked it, it was open, so I went to the mountains, but the uncle of the close (T_T) construction told me that I was doing it somewhere in JA, but I could not reach it and gave up 😵

A bakery with natural yeast and campagne baked in a wood kiln. Bread without dairy products was a delicious bread with a very good scent of flour. There is also lunch.
