小高い丘になっており、町が一望できます。

I think that the expression of a hill where the sunset can be seen well is appropriate. There is no play equipment, but a walking course is maintained

A mountain in the back of a residential area. Small but just the right size for a walk. The streetlight seemed to be absent. You can see your feet during the day and it's great! You should quit your sandals. (The plants are dead!)
