Had the most wonderful stay at the Shangri-La this last weekend. I mentioned that it was mine and my boyfriend's anniversary and they left some bubbles in our room!! They also let us have a late check-out which was much appreciated.
The room was absolutely gorgeous with an incredible view of the Tokyo skyline. Was giant for Japan standards. Had an all round incredible experience- this was meant to be a bit of a splurge on the last night of our trip and it did not disappoint- but did get a really good deal by booking direct with the hotel in advance. The sauna and jacuzzi was understandably not open at this time but the swimming pool was and it had a really great view as well.
Thank you for such a lovely and special end to my trip to Japan- especially in these uncertain times.
my daughter is a picky eater. your staffs at the restaurant tried to give her many options of in order to please us at the breakfast table. thank you so much for your help!
The breakfast service people were amazing. Truly a highlight for their warm hospitality... but 1200y for a coffee/1100y (~£8) for an orange juice is just crazy.
The room was incredible - 100% get a garden view - and enjoy a relaxing bath/shower looking over the city.
Also the television dubs the only English news (BBC) in Japanese and I could not for the life of me work out how to stop it. I could have asked but it was late... probably could have been fixed so my fault.

We had a small family dinner party which was handled superbly by the expert event crew. Shangri-La is my go to hotel for functions. Everyone had a great time catching up and the food was fantastic! Thank you Cindy for organizing everything. My parents had the most wonderful time!
