JR EAST Travel Service Counter

I went without knowing that I had to make a reservation, but it was vacant so I was kind enough to respond. However, it was painful that it was not linked to the online application ... The hotel I wanted to stay at is not eligible at the counter! ️⁉️

It was renovated from the green window and used for the first time after becoming the View Plaza. The inside was wide and mistakenly lined up at the package tour window, but I was guided to the opposite window with a friendly response. There were a lot of foreign users, but there were a lot of counters and I could buy tickets for a short waiting time.

Courteous and polite. What happens when the operating company changes? I am worried about the service level drop.

I thought the people in Tokyo were cold but the station staff did better
