Kitamachi Park

Kitamachi Park, which is about 20 minutes walk from the house, is a lovely place with abundant greenery. I'm lonely nowadays because there are no people in the daytime, but it's a great place for me to take a walk. Although it is Kokubunji city, Tamagawa water is flowing right next to it. It's a comfortable walking path for me, an elderly person.

It is a relatively wide park with a gentle hill-like slope. The playground equipment is quite substantial, and I think that you can fully enjoy it from infants to elementary school lower grades. There were multiple benches, and there was also one table-like seat, so I thought it would be convenient to bring lunches and drinks. The characteristic feature is that the wall that can be bouldered is made horizontally long, and it seems that 2-3 people can enjoy it at the same time. There was a sandbox underneath the wall, and it felt like a cushion if I should fall. If you finish climbing the bouldering, you can get down on the slide, which is a good idea. For the park as a whole, I'm happy to have a lawn, not just soil. It's not very convenient in terms of access, but it's recommended for people in the neighborhood or for those who can go by bicycle!

It is a rare park with zip lines and bouldering. The trees are well planted on a large lawn so the atmosphere is very good. There are also playground equipment, so the elderly are coming. There are a lot of benches so you don't get tired of taking care of your children. There is a vending machine so you don't have to worry about drinks. It is a very good park, although the shared toilets are dirty and the places that do not appear clean are negative.

It is a place where the former Municipal Kitamachi Pool was used as a park, and although it is by no means large, there is a square with a mountain and a shade of trees, and there is play equipment for children. There is also a water supply and a toilet, which is used for a stop and a break during jogging.

A park with unique playground equipment that has ziplines and bouldering. The entire park is full of ups and downs, which is more for preschoolers. A local nursery school may be used on weekdays. It is a recommended park around here. Going north a little, there is Tamagawajosui.
