This was a great place to visit for looking at furniture and furniture options when moving into Japan. The selection is impressive and spans 8 floors. The staff is attentive and though the furniture can be expensive, we found some very reasonable pieces that were solidly worth the money. We also enjoyed seeing some of the furniture designs that aren't really seen outside of Japan unless you have it custom ordered.

When you arrive on the 4th floor by escalator, they will casually call out to you. Escort to the floor when you tell them what you want. After a brief explanation, it fades out. A comfortable sense of distance that does not stick and does not leave. First-class customer service that supports both "easy window shopping" and "seriously looking for".

I went to buy a sofa. I was worried that it would be difficult to see the person in charge as in the past, but this time around, I was free to browse around. I think it's free, but when I want to ask a question, the staff is right there, which is amazing. Some of them are of good quality and can be priced promptly, so I decided to buy it even though I came for a preview. You will also want to buy small items that are casually placed. I was deeply moved by just looking at the quality products. I was able to shop comfortably. Thank you very much.

The sales people didn't talk to me unless I called them out, so I could take a leisurely look around. It seemed that the manufacturer's inventory was low for the items that I consulted about purchasing, but I was able to purchase them under better conditions than the manufacturer's direct sales Web shopping in terms of delivery time and price by making inquiries to the head office and the manufacturer side. I would like to continue using this shop in the future.
