Otsuki City is in Yamanashi Prefecture, but it is also the end of the commuter train to Tokyo and may enter the suburbs of Tokyo! From now on, the atmosphere of Yamanashi prefecture is finally here.
It's also the starting station for Fujikyu, but I've never boarded it. In 2001 or so, from the train window, I could see an old couple relaxing in the mountains and looking at the train and the river.
