Pretty good gym. They recently renovated and it's gotten much larger and there are more machines.

As a visitor you're only allowed to get a day pass one time. If you're an avid fitness buff and you're staying in town more than one day, you're out of luck. I don't understand why I can't get a day pass for just a few more times. Take my money! It's a very inconvenient policy.

Clerks sounded really offensive and their eyes like an angry police men and were staring at me as of I were doing something illegal The last place you ’d like to spend time in Nagano It ’s just a waste of time, money, and energy. The clerk's attitude was very bad, probably because he was tired from the night shift. The quality of the clerk is poor for the facility. Disappointed.
