There are (at least) 2 Starbucks near Kashiwa Train Station. One is at the East Entrance, with outside seating and easy to see from the entrance plaza. There is no free wifi here for visitors outside Japan. (Free wifi is provided by the phone carriers but that doesn't help tourists.) The one with the truly free wifi is reached by entering the train station from the East Entrance , crossing directly to the West Entrance but instead of exiting taking the elevator from station level (3rd floor) up to 6th floor. Exiting the elevator, go right past quite a few stores, including Doc Martin's, then it will be on your left. Google says it opens at 11:00 but staff tells me it opens at 10:00.
good place for shopping and dining, very convenient!
A mall with great number of shops. Kaldi and several cafe shops could be found on the 1st floor, while fashion and book shops are available on the upper floors. The nursery room on the 5th floor is quite big, clean and nice. However, it lacks the view from inside of the building.
Has a good variety of shops and restaurants.
