I always use it. You can use it for 500 yen a day, +300 yen if you make a reservation. Being able to make reservations during times of congestion saves time searching for empty vehicles, which is very helpful. And it is very advantageous to accumulate points! The owner is always good and helpful.

Parking fee is prepaid, 500 yen per day. Since the manager is not resident, it is a system to put the charge in the envelope which wrote the number of the car and the number of days, and put it in the post in front of the management cabin (the same as most of the parking lot around here). Reservation by telephone is 300 yen plus. What is unique here is that there is a point card. You can get free tickets for 2 times with 30 times parking. Even if you don't sign up for the first time, the card with the number will be attached to the car window when you use it for the first time, so it's OK if you put it together in the toll bag from next time.

The price was 500 yen for one day parking. When there is no administrator, there is an envelope and a price box at the tollgate, so it was a system to put money in there.
