The food is very polite and delicious. A good balance of sweet, spicy, salt, acid, bitter and gomi. The vessels are dyed from Komari, and the contemporary writer's and the white ware of Lee Chofu have a great sense of compatibility with the dishes. The old-fashioned foot tray is also very elegant.
