Good location at the intersection neat Hamamatsu train station
The parking lot is on the east side of the building. When you turn left at the bicycle storage area, the east side is one way to the north. Since the height of the retractable parking lot is limited to 1.5m, if you ask a guard at the entrance of the parking lot for large vehicles, they will guide you to the affiliated parking lot. Present your parking ticket at the bank counter and it will be issued to you.
I opened an account on Monday morning, but it took quite a while (about an hour and a half).
The woman who applied for the address change next door yelled how long to wait, and other customers were waiting quite a bit.
I don't know if it's system related or just clumsy, but I can't deny that there are a lot of motivated responses overall compared to other banks.
