The face-to-face selling process was very good, but the subsequent email-based process was the worst. The latter told me in advance that he wanted to do it on an email basis instead of TEL. Despite this, there is still no response to inquiries from here (I am sending 5 emails from here). I'm trying hard to interpret this phenomenon until it sells, but otherwise I don't know what to do. The inquiry is whether you can issue the necessary documents to apply for a voluntary insurance suspension certificate to the insurance company due to the sale, but I am disappointed because I can not answer. * Previously, I posted highly rated posts centered on the sale process, but as mentioned above, the subsequent process is very bad, so I will delete past posts and repost.

We had it assessed in August and signed a sales contract in September. Mr. Sato, who was in charge, responded well and the period from assessment to payment was very quick. Thank you for your polite and prompt response. Above all, I was satisfied with the amount. I want to use it again when I buy a car.

Before the third vehicle inspection, the Alphard 240X was assessed in December and purchased at a reasonable price. Initially, it was handed over in December, but Mr. Nakamura, who was in charge, forced me to extend it at the beginning of the new year. Originally, it seems that the price may drop, but I am grateful that I managed to purchase it at the original price. I'm glad I was able to get on board during the year-end and New Year holidays ❗
