Due to the influence of Corona, the number of people in the booth was limited, so I visited side by side, but it was a waste of time. I went twice, but neither time. If you say that you want to see this ring, it will look like a stone, but you will not be able to confirm what the customer wants or what kind of thing you have if it is similar. It is said that it is one of the three major high-brand jewelry, but is it really compared to the polite customer service of the other two companies? It was a service that made me want to say. I don't explain the ring, I just keep silent saying "……………………." The air is heavy. Other companies talked about their origins, meanings, and how popular they are ... This clerk just stands like a scarecrow with a box showing a ring. I wonder if he was a newcomer and had no knowledge ... If the policy is that nothing is spoken, the clerk is basically an obstacle, so it would be better not to put it in order to reduce labor costs. I visited the Shinsaibashi store later, but it was normal. The cause is probably the store and the clerk. I didn't have a good impression of Cartier, so I bought it at another company.
