I've been going there for about two years, but it's a very easy-to-go personal gym. I went to many places, but this is the cheapest in the city center. I think people who say that they don't get results are just not working hard on their dietary restrictions. If you practice proper muscle training and eating three meals (controlling protein, fat, and sugar), your body will definitely change. So you don't have to go to such an expensive personal gym. If you live in the Sangenjaya area, we highly recommend it.

The trainer in charge changes depending on the day of the week, and each person's approach is different, but on the contrary, I do not get tired of it, so I think it is suitable for people who are tired of it. I think a personal gym goes well with a trainer. I think that the areas of strength differ depending on the trainer. (Increasing muscle mass, tightening, improving body function, etc.) I think that training will be easier if you try different trainer courses from the beginning and choose the trainer that suits you ~
