出張で長野滞在のおりに伺いました。 広大な駐車場。その上に建屋があります。 大きな窓が印象的。開放的な雰囲気です。 ワンフロアに効率的に器具が配置されており無駄なスペースは一切ありません。 従業員の方々が一生懸命、とても丁寧に清掃されており頭が下がります。 メンバーの方もマナーよく、とても気持ち良くトレーニングできました。 地元にもこんな素晴らしい店舗があったらと心から思いました。地元の皆さまが羨ましいです。 またお邪魔します。ありがとうございました。

First visit to Anytime in Nagano. It's wide and vacant. Unlike the narrow Anytime in Tokyo, the free weight space can be large. The parking lot is also spacious. I want to come to training again!

This gym is open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. The machine is the main, and the time when the trainer is there is limited, It is not suitable for those who are going to the gym for the first time or those who want to enjoy dancing and pilates yoga in the studio. It is okay if you study in advance how to use the machine on YouTube or website. There are only two shower rooms for men, so depending on the time of day, I think it will be a choice of waiting or returning. Because it is one floor on the second floor, it is easy to move muscle training and endurance machines. As with all gyms, it is important to be able to work hard so that you can continue on your own, so it is very helpful to be able to go to a store near the company or to a store near your home in terms of using other anytime fitness I am.
