I visited for an engagement ring study. At first, he was very polite and kind, and he told me in detail about diamonds, but when he told me that he would consider it with a ring of another brand, he said that he would give a discount today and he didn't let me go home. It was a humiliation for us to get a discount on the engagement ring of a living thing, and we were tired of being told endlessly about the other brand we were considering. The first good impression disappeared at the time of leaving the store, and the ring that I thought was good was also removed from the candidates. Since it is a customer service business, I think there are quotas, but I wanted you to be a little closer to the customer service.
