I would recommend GUAP boxing gym in Gyotoku to anyone who wants to enjoy getting in shape and practicing boxing in a very clean and comfortable environment. When I train in the mornings, the other members are cheerful and we all enjoy punching the mitts held by the manager/trainer and also the heavy bags.
