Haven’t received our stuff yet, but we are still going to leave a review. We have to call them to get headway on where stuff is at. They were kind enough to message us via iPhone about where it is coming from and when it would arrive. So we emailed them back, and nothing. I can clearly see where they read the message, but no response. The customer service is not very good. It’s almost like going to a car salesman who wants nothing other than your money, shortly after the sale they don’t want anything from you. We will see how long it takes them to deliver this couch.

The staff are great! Downside, they don't really have anything in stock and you have to wait 1-3 months to get your stuff. Also, the only way to get 10% off is to pay cash ( US dollars).

I always get an excellent service from Marie. She is very knowledgeable and accommodating. Excellent customer service. I love the the furnitures and quality

Purchased 5 piece sectional for an upcoming move back to the States. We ordered in plenty of time (3 months prior) and paid a storage fee as well. The day before they were set to deliver we get a call telling us they didn't keep the furniture that we ordered and paid to store in stock. Their solution was they'd give us 3 pieces from a floor model and two from the warehouse to complete the set. I asked for 20% off and for them to return the storage fee, they offered 15% We decided we'd take a look at it and decide from there. The furniture was discolored from the used on the floor and didn't match the new pieces so we asked for for a discount closer to the 20% not wanting to waste anyone's time sending it back. They wouldn't budge so we had to decline. Honestly the rub here is that the manager didn't even talk to us and no one who we spoke with was actually able to make any decisions. The folks we spoke to were polite but I don't think the management did the right thing here. BL is that they made a promise and didn't deliver on it to a paying customer and didn't really seem to care how much of an inconvenience it caused. Not only did we not get what we paid for, they totally botched it from a customer service perspective.

I have been shopping here since they opened and have bought many items. I am satisfied with yellow box. My son just got married and I took him shopping for a new couch today. He found exactly what he was looking for.
