A fourth grade daughter was taken care of in a short-term backflip classroom on winter vacation. Originally there was some flexibility, and she was a daughter who was able to stand up to the bridge, but she seemed to get the knack in her backflip classroom. It took about three weeks of practice at home to be able to do backflip without assistance, but since I learned how to practice backflip in the studio, I was able to practice effectively and safely at home. I will only visit the classroom for a short period because it overlaps with other lessons, but my daughter can not do hand spring yet, so if the timing is right, I would like to ask again.
