I feel that there are many training equipment in the gym. Although it is restricted by the corona, the manners are properly followed and the gym is completely managed.
I don't feel the worst
It is close to Shonandai Station, so it is convenient to use on foot. If you use a car, there is a parking lot under the building, but many parking spaces are not available. Parking fees are available at a discount.
I always go to a studio lesson at NAS Shonandai and it's a waterfall ~
Benefits are used as corporate members every time.
There is pool and arena in gym area, spa is substantial, cleanliness more than anything! !
I think that it is the best COSPA! !
