The temple in Saku City, which was opened by the religion of a priest who learned the art of miso making in China during the Kamakura period and returned to Japan and spread to various places, is Rinzai Soyoji Temple. It was then that "Anyoji miso" was made, and from this, Saku City is said to be the birthplace of Shinshu miso. The local ramen of Shinshu Saku made using this "Anyoji miso" is "Anyoji ramen". The member shops in Saku City are devising their own ways to provide "Anyoji ramen", but for any train user, if any store is far away or it can only be reached by car I am grateful to have this cosmos cafe that you can get around Sakudaira Station because it is inconvenient. However, it is important to note that the store closes early in the evening.
