It is on the south side of the Adachi City Office. The site is quite large, and there are differences in elevation. It is also known as a cherry blossom viewing spot, The flower season is crowded with many people. There are 2 swings and 2 slides. There is also a sandbox. There is a drinking fountain. There is a public toilet.
