It was one of the destinations of this trip. When I entered the store, at around 8:30 in the morning, only one group (two people) could sit at the counter by the window. With the system for purchasing meal tickets with a ticket machine, you can also use the Hamada City common gift certificate that you received at the time of your stay. We were looking for a roasted seaperch bowl, so we bought a meal ticket without hesitation. (In the case of Hamada City common gift certificate, if you ask the staff, it will be exchanged for cash and you will use the ticket machine) First of all, I got it as it is. Enjoy the aroma of roasted seaperch and the melting body. Sprinkle the thick, cloudy blackthroat seaperch soup stock that has been carefully extracted at the place where you ate about half of it, and enjoy the blackthroat seaperch soup stock. It was so delicious that I wanted to eat two cups as in the reviews of other people. I think it's a superb gourmet that you won't regret even if you visit Hamada just to eat this.

I ate a bowl of roasted nodoguro. High but delicious! The soup stock is delicious!

I had a roasted seaperch bowl. The matching of the fragrance of the roasted seaperch and the sauce is wonderful, and the rice goes on! However, when I ate about half of the bowl, I put chopsticks on it and sprinkled it with a special soup stock to change the taste to chazuke. This also tastes great! I want to eat both flavors to the fullest, so I would like to eat two bowls if possible. (Lol) By the way, I visited at noon and lined up for less than an hour. The parking lot is large.
