Naha Kokusai Dori Shopping Street

This street has a special feeling. If you want to buy some cheap Okinawa souvenirs don’t forget to check this place. But due to this covid situation all the shops are strictly maintain mask policy. If you don’t have mask ultimately you cannot check those beautiful and colorful shops.

A maze place filled with shops, food, desserts and fun knickknacks! Highly suggest sampling foods from different places!

Kokusai Dori is absolutely packed with stores and restaurants- on both sides of the street. Perfect place for souvenirs.

I remember this area being more lively, but clearly covid has taken its toll on this strip as well. Many of the places were closed.

Really recommend visitors to walk through this area. A lot to see and do. We randomly discovered an animal kingdom where we were able to check out some live animals. The staff working were very sweet and let my son hold a lot of the animals there. Great street performances and a lot of places to shop and eat!
