Extremely personable staff who do their best to offer the best service they can in English or Japanese. I felt cared for as a customer and never felt like I was being harassed to spend more. The only downside is that they do rely on directing you to online or phone customer support where possible but that may be because I posed questions to the sales person instead of any specialists they might have.

The store is close to Shinsaibashi Station. Before I went there I was made an appointment through Genius Bar by a person who contacted me when I asked Apple support to call me for fixing my camera problems. I had an issue with my camera on my iPhone 12 Pro. When I arrived to this Shinsaibashi Apple Store I was greeted very nicely by the staffs. My appointment was supposed to be at 11.20, but I came 10 minutes earlier. The staff who helped me could speak little English, but I do respect him for his efforts to serve me. I must say that I was really satisfied with his service. He checked my phone thoroughly, and since the camera cannot be fixed, my phone was replaced with the new one for free! I thought that I should wait for days, but that time my phone was replaced directly with a new iPhone 12 Pro Pacific Blue. Thank you very much. If you want to visit this store, better to make an appointment first through Genius Bar.

Today, my girlfriend and I went here. We were accommodated and helped greatly and friendly. She was going to buy the new Ipad, and I was going to have mine fixed. The store staff kept social distance from everyone, and cleaned our items numerous times. Ana and Simon were very helpful. They made our day. Great employee and persons.

I didn't have a reservation so I wasn't allowed in to the shop. I learned that you need to make a prior reservation because of this Covid time. But I must say the staffs were very helpful even when I was outside. They assisted me with all possible ways to resolve my problem. That's real good and also I had absolutely fluent English and Mandarin speaker to help.
