Currently (August 2020), packages cannot be sent from Japan to the US via postal service, but Kuroneko Yamato DOES provide parcel delivery, but in international packages must be sent from one of their delivery centers, but the small local branches or convenience stores. (The small places send only domestic packages.) The office is not at all set up for ease of use or comfort, but the staff is helpful.
The nearest sales office is Naruto City, but since the two women at the counter of this sales office are god-friendly, please also pick up and ship the products at the sales office every time. Thank you for always helping me with large packing etc. without one unpleasant face ^ ^ *

Whenever I go, I receive my luggage and take care of shipping. The female staff is alone, so I just have to wait. I go to the store because I don't want to bother with redelivery and collection, but I get tired of it every time.
