Japanese food never fails to impress. The tempura and sashimi are so fresh and tasty. The rice flavours is sweet and creamy. Service is attentive and good.
The “Ice Cocoa” here is the best. Sugar is not included at first. Plenty of fresh cream. I enjoy sugarless cocoa. I felt that it was a high-level hotel among prestigious hotels. I'm impressed even if I look at the work of the lobby staff.
I think it's wonderful that the place where you can naturally enjoy the best hospitality is no matter where you come.

I always have my luggage taken to the station after checkout. I will be saved. Previously it was paid, but this time it is a service!
You can take a break before boarding the Shinkansen by presenting your Diners Card. We are saved when we arrive at station a little earlier.
When using the Okura and Kumamoto of the Kyoto Hotel system, it is a very convenient presence. It is not an exaggeration to say that we are using these hotels because we have this lounge.
In the morning, arrive at Kyoto station, deposit the luggage here and go straight to sightseeing. Since luggage is being transferred to the hotel (to the room), you can go straight to the hotel after sightseeing. On the other hand, if you ask the front desk on the way back from check-out, we will bring you to the lounge in front of the station so you can use the time effectively on the last day.
The inside of the lounge is not so wide, but it was also available for breaks and changing clothes for a bit of time.
There are other similar services, but it is a great facility including location.
