初めてレビューします。 結論から言いますとこちらのお店を利用するのは避けた方がいいと思います。 車の修理をこちらに依頼しました。電話で依頼する際、平日は自分の車を利用したいので土日で済むかと電話で確認したところ、はい土日での対応が可能ですとの返事があり、こちらに頼むことにしました。後日引き取りにいらしたスタッフに、再度土日で対応は済むかと確認したところ対応可能と言われ、その日のうちに連絡しますと言われた。その日の夜20時ごろ、電話がかかってきて土日での対応はできないので一週間かかりますと言われ、話と違うと思いながらなるべく急いで頂きたいとお願いし、了承しました。後日修理が終わったので車を返却する日時の連絡があり、その日時に待っていましたが、約束の時間を45分すぎても来ていないし、連絡も来ないのでこちらから連絡したところ、まだ出発すらしていないとのこと。スタッフの対応ができていませんで、すみませんと言われました。ビッグモーター側から日時を掲示されたのにもかかわらず時間を守れないどころか、約束の時間の45分をすぎても出発もしていないし、遅れる連絡すらしないのです。結局予定した用事をずらして対応するハメになりました。上記の土日で済むというか発言と合わせて、言った言葉に責任を持たない会社です。ご利用はなるべく避けた方がいいと思います。
