The pieces on display here represented the area well. If you are into pottery and small villages then this place is for you. They even use old school water powered clay grinders to pulverize the clay before use. Everything from start to finish is done is this village and they are a number of climbing kilns to adore. Overall the work is more mass produced and they could benefit from using their talent to make a few more finely crafted pieces, but it is worth a trip.

Great little museum, pop in here before you stroll around the village. If you don't speak Japanese like me don't let that stop you from visiting. You can still pick up lots of info from the photos and pieces on display.
