Let me just tell you this way. Yamazaki 12 Years is sold 40,000 yen here. 9,000 yen originally, 20,000 yen at Don Quijotes.
Good selection of uncommon whisky, especially Japanese varieties. Pricey; as one would expect for a high traffic tourist area as well as rare selections.
Fantastic little whiskey shop, selling a variety of Japanese and international whiskies. Service is spectacular!
It's a lot of fun to see! But I don't think I'll buy it lol Anyway, for tourists who want to go around Kyoto and want to buy rare domestic whiskey because it can be expensive. Even the stocks that are in general circulation double the market price, so it may be the best for those who can save the trouble of searching and divide the time saving price and inventory cost.
