I used it for the experience on Sunday evening.
There were two users other than me, but I was able to use it smoothly without waiting for the machine.
There is a stair climber (staircase type aerobic machine), which is rare in Japan, and dumbbells from 1 to 40 kg are prepared, so even advanced people may be able to train with satisfaction.
The staff were also very energetic, cheerful and friendly, so I enjoyed training on this day.
I went to experience it because it had a fashionable appearance.
The building is a new and beautiful gym.
I went there on weekday nights, but I was relieved that there were more women and various age groups besides men.
The machine is the main one and there is no pool, but it's easy to use, so I thought it was a good deal considering the price.
The interior and the machine were beautiful and nice,
The staff were cheerful and friendly!
Being attached to TSUTAYA and being in a fashionable space is also personally motivating!

Although I belong to the Minamirinma store, I used the Yayoidai store for the first time for mutual use.
There is a feeling of cleanliness and there is a partition between the machines, so I was able to use the aerobic machine with confidence!
I used another store for the first time, but above all, the staff were cheerful and I was able to relax and train!
I would like to use it again in the near future.
We are using the Yayoidai store for mutual use.
I am training aiming for free time!
The trainer also feels free to talk to me, so I enjoy using it! !! I will do my best in training! !!
