Unclean, and frankly appalling hours for what you pay for. Opens at 9:30 so impossible to go before work. They have 20 tread mills and no public bench, just a Pullman machine. To use the cage, it costs 500 yen each time. Gym literally meant for people over 60

A few steps from Sangenjaya Station North Exit. 5th floor pool, 4th floor locker, 3rd floor studio, 2nd floor gym. The pool is beautiful. You can see the sky from the window and feel free. Since it is open until 23:30 on weekdays, it is fun to walk while watching the night view.
