Great! Probably the best and the biggest gym in Kofu. It's kind of a club, they also have a 25m swimming pool, ofuros (onsen) and a variety of aerobic classes all included in the monthly pass. The gym equipments are new, from techogym and well maintained. They are very soliciting with foreigners and some employees can speak English. The cons: closed at fridays; Open late every morning (10am)

He was a fluent staff member, and he was very unfriendly because he had a quiet voice and did not understand what he was saying. Even though it was my first time to use it, there was no information about the facility, and I had to ask a question from here to respond. Even though I was making online payments, I felt that the admission fee was charged again at the counter and that unfamiliar staff members were responding. Veteran staff pretended not to see it, and it was a lot of response. The facility was old or dirty, and there were only old people. I wanted to quit even if it cost money, so I quit after using it once. I feel really lost.

Shortly after I started self-employed, I had separate accounts for work and private use, but I happened to neglect to make a private deposit and received a phone call saying that I could not withdraw the membership fee. I was surprised at the strong tone of the staff and the woman who seemed to be at that time, "What are you going to do!" (If you cannot withdraw, you will have to pay in cash at the counter) I was disappointed, so I apologized when I visited him at a later date, but a few days later, a man who seemed to be the store manager said, "Until today, what are you going to do? Fufu". (The date is wrong) I was surprised to hear that he was afraid of Ushijima-kun. The store manager who had been transferred was nice. Even a guy like a weight scale for 300 yen at a time ends with an explanation about 30 seconds after the measurement. .. It's okay because I did it with a free ticket, but if you pay it out, you can really return it. The former store manager also suggested weights for machine training and meal menus, and gave me plenty of advice for 15 minutes. It's all about the staff not being well educated. There seems to be faction bullying among the members. I have already withdrawn. I will never go again.
