Great European style bakery made in premises in reused old abandoned buildings. One was a convenience store, the other a gas station, now both actively used again to supply locals and online shoppers with high-quality breads, pizzas and pizza ovens.
Original sourdough bread is made with their own organically grown wheat. Now made special for restaurants such as Kissa-Saeki Cafe vegan burgers in Hiroshima city and a vegan cafe in Ehime.
Only a few of the breads are made with butter and dairy, all others are vegan. Coffee served here as well as a few other hit drinks. A few tables to sit at, or take-out.
Breads that were nice to the body were lined up.
The number of items was very small, probably because the time I went was bad (after 13:00 on a holiday?).
I was surprised at the heavy weight when holding it with tongs.
Because I was particular about the materials, the prices were all high, and there were several people who went out immediately after entering the store. I couldn't afford a lot, but
I bought a UFO in addition to the photo.
Everything I bought was delicious ♪
The car is always stopped so I went there.
The bread is crispy and delicious. Become a habit ❗️
However, there are few types.
The uninterrupted customer seemed to be busy alone with a friendly aunt.
You can eat and drink in the beautiful store.
It is good to have a non-billy landscape, eat-in space and Wi-Fi
