Cheapest gym in Kawasaki, not many lunks. Pretty barebones but has all the essentials and is open 24hrs
All I wanted to do was workout but apparently you have to be able to squat and deadlift in Japanese in order to join this gym. I didn't even know squatting in Japanese was a thing. So disappointed...
Inconvenient because there is no parking lot nearby.
Also, because of the structure, you can see the legs with snares from the front of the store-at that point you feel a smoky smell and feel uncomfortable.
The stretch area is small.
There is a little distance from the station, but it was good and convenient location. Quite favorite stores in the fast gym.

If I'm close to my house, I'll skip the shower and go home when I'm done. Compared to doing it at home, muscle training progresses, and because there is no program, you can concentrate on muscle training and use your time effectively.

However, it is unpleasant to be too close to others because it is crowded or narrow depending on the time.
Foreigners and customers with bad etiquette are also flirting, and the shower room has a lot of hair falling off every time, stretch mats, and not wiping after using a machine (many customers and old people). Employees are part-time workers, so they are not motivated, they are not careful, and they are not diligent in cleaning.
If these are within the permissible range, it may be okay to pass.
