I rely on Seijo Ishii for 2 staples, and both of them are local: fresh roasted coffee beans, and meusli with no sugar. Both are high quality and very decent price, a combo that i haven't found elsewhere. This location is understand, not street level.

You'll find some imported goods at higher prices than similar import shops. 10 years ago it was nice to find familiar food from abroad at Seijo Ishii but it's much easier to find them now and the prices should reflect that.

I like Seijo Ishii's hamburger steak and go to buy it once in a while. This is delicious. There are 4 types of cheese, Japanese style, black pepper, and demiglace. Personally, I like Japanese style. It's good to eat immediately with lentin. I ate a lot of hamburger steak in the basement, but I don't think it's so delicious for its high price, so if you like hamburger steak, you should definitely buy it.
