税務課に行きました。大柄の女性が対応してくれました。向かって右側に座ってました。名前は分かりませんが。 分からないから聞いたら鼻で笑われました。 後日 委任状を持って行きました。 大柄の女性の向かい側に座ってる女性に対して手まねいて行ってよ❗️的な対応。 あなたは対応しないのね。 その女性もまーまー偉い態度。 「さっきの委任状は？」と言われ バックから取り出すとむしりとる様に取る始末。 本当 私たちの税金で暮らしてる人の やっつけ仕事ったら-w つか住民が窓口に行ったら すぐさま対応しに来いよ👍️ 下妻市役所 ﾏﾁﾞで最悪。

Kind person There is too much difference between unfriendly person. In my experience, at other city and ward offices, the person in charge explained kindly and politely ... Here, there is a piece of paper there. Even if I was told ... I'm sorry I'm busy, but if you ask for a copy, it's "there" so please use it ... I'm listening because I don't understand. Maybe you see people? (A kind person is kind, kind.)

Be careful when copying various certificates. Those who do not normally use a copy machine should pay special attention. The only note is "please beside." However, it does not say whether to set it above or below the scanner. "Isn't it easier for the citizens to take a photo and attach a caption as an example of the location of the paper?" It seems that no staff can think of such a thing. It would be impossible for the staff here to do at most 15 minutes, just taking a picture, capturing, printing a caption, printing, laminating and pasting. It can't be imagined that there are people who work for companies that are old, of course, paperless advanced copiers that do not use faxes, etc.

Parking is difficult depending on the time of day when you try to stop nearby. I think that all the staff members in the city hall are usually polite (although it is difficult to explain normally). The building is not new, but I think the cleaning is in good condition. Even on Saturdays and Sundays, only the same Citizen Section as other places will be available.
