I asked several times about the inconvenience of a bicycle that I have not bought at this store. I received a kind and polite response. Repair of unmanufactured products I have been asked to do so, and I am grateful for the flexibility. He always compliments me on my bicycle, so I can go home comfortably. Somehow it is notoriously bad, but I feel offended not even once. I think it's a good shop.

Basically, I try not to post bad reviews as much as possible, but I will write it here because it is said to be a long-established store in Osaka. When I was wondering where to buy a new road bike, I found out that this shop is near my house. It's like a long-established sports bicycle store that everyone knows. However, it seems that they also have a mama-chari. Whether it's real relationships or Google reviews, the reputation of this restaurant is divided into two parts. Apparently, many people who say good reviews have bought the car body at this shop. Road bikes are expensive shopping. I was wondering if I should choose this store. It may be something that a person with a bad personality does, but I tried one reaction from the staff. I decided to ask the staff to adjust the load so that it was left in a state where simple maintenance was required, and let the staff see what they would do. Of course, I cleaned everything except the part that asks for adjustment so that I know that I ride my bicycle carefully. The clerk's response was very good from the top and the language was not good. I think that if a customer is served with such an attitude, beginners will lose the feeling of enjoying a bicycle. I have a feeling of inwardness, but it's been a long time since I've come in contact with such customers, not limited to bicycle stores. I felt pity about what I was doing with such frustration. The work space is small and the lighting is not bright, so I used to check the car body using the lamps for sale. By the way, when I asked for a similar adjustment while traveling on a bicycle at a dive shop I googled, the customer service was not bad and the price and time was about half the price. Perhaps, if this road was bought at this shop, the correspondence might have been quite different again ... If you don't want to feel uncomfortable, you shouldn't approach. It may be necessary to do some things when you have a consultation that is difficult unless it is at this store, but if you can handle it at other stores, you will not be forced to use it. There were a few staff members, but since it's a small shop, I think I know what other people are doing. It was regrettable that exactly that happened, even with bad reviews. Apparently it's like a store that picks customers. It would be unavoidable if a customer posted a bad review and was chosen by the customer. Of course, I also stopped buying new road bikes at this store.
