cycle dream was a dream come true. i had been searching for weeks for A particular type of e-bike that has a larger frame size suitable for taller people. This was the one and only bike shop in Kyoto that had the bike I was looking for in stock. not only that but it was the exact color and frame type variation that I was hoping to find. e-bikes in Japan run a little on the small side, so it was very difficult for me to find one that felt comfortable to ride. I went around six or seven bike stores and tried out 10 to 12 different types of bikes before finding the one bike of my dreams here at cycle dream. what’s more, the staff at the store replaced the handlebar stem with a longer one for me so that my riding position was perfect. riding my new E bike around Kyoto is an absolute dream come true. The staff were extremely kind and helpful to me, very welcoming to me as a foreigner and very professional. when I asked about different parts and accessory options, the staff even went so far to be honest about what would be best for me to find on my own online, rather than just buying what they had on hand in the store in order to save money. on my journey for the perfect E bike, I met many bicycle store staff along the way and can say beyond a shadow of a doubt that the staff at cycle dream were the absolute kindest that I have met. thank you so much！
