You can drive up to the car park with a good view. You can see not only the cityscape but also the spreading rice fields. It was a coincidence that the Mizugun Line passed. If you climb a little, there is a plaza with a pleasant lawn, and this is like a castle ruin. Surrounded by cherry blossoms, the scenery in early spring seems to be a highlight.
