Nice but small shopping mall. Newly opened recently and it has a beautiful creek running along on the side. Parking is available but it was crowded on the weekends. The first 30 minutes are free without the need of any shopping. Parking entrance has only signboards stating Hoshino but it’s actually Harunire Terrace

Stylish & Nature together. Cozy place. Few small shops are available and price is comparatively high. Best place for a walk with your family/partner. River murmuring sound gives a pleasant feel. Just a walk for few minutes and coffee at Maruyama coffee is worth.

Stylish and tranquil shopping area in the countryside. Car park reasonable but small so may have to queue.

Love the atmosphere of this little terrace, with nice wine and coffee and art stores! Beautiful in the autumn or spring.

I went there by electric bicycle. The way to get there is quite dangerous especially for beginners who stay at main karuizawa area. The bike way will be wide at the beginning but it will get narrow and narrow when you get closer to the terrace, also mountain road with cars beside you. Other than that, the place is good and nice. You can stop your vehicle there and enjoy the whole day as the passenger path to get other hoshino area attractions are all connected. Just one thing, you will need to run across the road to get stone church. The terrace is basically a food court mainly western food and one Chinese restaurant plus one gelato shop. Also, there is one awarded coffee bean seller at the end of the main road right before the passenger pathway. Overall, a good place to recharge yourself.
