I mistakenly ordered the address by mail order. I called because I thought it would be a hassle, but the female staff took care of me and I was able to receive the luggage safely.

★ Bottom, with additional notes ★ I requested redelivery from 20:00 to 21:00, but I came after 21:40 (ToT). I'd like to have a phone call that I can't come by 21:00 (I definitely want it, but ^^;), but I'm an elderly person and I'm having a hard time until so late ... Really. I think there are pros and cons, but reducing the burden on delivery staff! !! !! And for us consumers, please review and improve the system as soon as possible! Again, it's not the fault of the delivery staff! Please improve! ★ Addition ★ Since all the delivery staff are very good, I gave it 5 stars.
