At the time of return, a scratch on the lower left bumper was pointed out even though there were no accidents such as bumping. He kept insisting that nothing had happened, but he laughed half-heartedly asking if he had any scratches or didn't notice. After that, he checked the documents, admitted that it was a scratch from the beginning, and apologized, but the apology was rough and offended at the end of the trip. Check the documents first before pointing out the scratches to the customer. The procedure is wrong. An employee who cannot work is working. I will never use it again.

Until now, Nissan Rent-A-Car has taken care of Miyazaki, Kawasaki, Hokkaido, and this time the Shonai Airport store. The customer service was the best among the sales offices I have ever had. Both the receptionist women and men were very pleased to treat me. "Snow shovel for cars", which is unique to snowy countries, was set in the passenger seat, studless tires with no snow, and warming the inside of the car even before the ride, so it was a reachable service.
