They advertise "open 24h" buy that is a pure lie. Almost every service day they close 20PM and reopen at 10AM the next day. So if you like me want to work out early or late, find somewhere else to go. Equipment is good though.

I experienced Gold Gym in Tokyo, Oimachi and Omori, but this was the most comfortable place. The number of machines may be as good as Omori, but the machine spacing is wide and comfortable. Very clean with a feeling of cleanliness. At the juice bar, you can split the protein with apple oranges.

There is nothing better than other gyms. Something special because it is Gold Gym. A good or bad gym. We are satisfied that there are more free weights than the nearby gym. There are few staffs to watch out for customers who are clearly violating manners. Some staff members chat with a regular customer on the bench for a long time. A few years ago there were a lot of solid staff, but everyone quit. I heard that there are many similar stores in directly managed stores, so it seems that this is not the only story of a franchise store, but it is better not to expect anything special because it is a Gold Gym.
