Everything alright, but some english instructions would be nice since there are many hotels/hostels around. And really good wi-fi! 24h open.

The sidewalk is narrow and there is no parking lot, so it is almost impossible to access by car. There is a lot of traffic on Marutamachi Dori, and parking on the street is extremely dangerous. It looks like a new store at first glance, but I don't know the reason for making a step at the entrance.
