It is insanely narrow, it is 100 yen for 30 minutes and it is higher than the parking lot in the neighborhood, it is dangerous because the entrance car and the departure car intersect, and should not park here. It is free for 30 minutes and is adjacent to Tsu Center Palace, so it can only be used when using it.
