Chinese guest smoked in the room! hotel did nothing to the complaint The hotel is annonced as ａ non-smoking hotel from 2015, but I have reported Mr. Sun [孫] of room 211 who stayed for 2 days of 14-16 June 2019, ostensibly a Chinese descendent, smoked all day along. I told this to the hotel management but it did nothing, and did NOT fine the culprit Mr. Sun for the amount of JPY300,000 according to its rule set out in the hotel pamplet. VERY disappointed, as we came hear to improve our heath but this hotel allows the DEADLY 2nd hand smoking to further devastate our lives and murder us!!!. ACTION IMMEDIATELY to expel those who smoke in the room like this Chinese guest Mr. Sun! make sure hotel punish guests smoking in hotel room.

Strong acid hot spring revitals our skin.

Very packed. Canteen food not good. Main onsen is big. Several types of pools. Has a small outdoor pool.

Good place for relaxation and body refreshing. The breakfast and dinner buffet are very delicious.
