Great friendly service! I had a mechanical problem while on a bike ride near Kamakura. My front shifter had stopped working. I was 70 km into a 160 km bike ride and needed to get home. I found this shop online as the closest bike shop near my location and one of their mechanics looked at my problem. It turned out to be something that could not be fixed quickly, but he offered a temporary solution that would allow me to ride home comfortably and didn't even charge me since he didn't consider it a proper repair. Friendly, knowledgeable service!
