Although I was advertising a business trip service extensively, my bicycle was punctured and I was told that I could not do it until tomorrow if I tried to ask for service, I was told I had to walk back, the customer service and response afterwards was appropriate and the worst . Buying a bike at this store is definitely not recommended.

I bought a bicycle for children to go to school. The clerk was very kind and taught me how to ride and advice on the bike I bought. It is said that they also do business trip repair. Such service is very appreciated as it is quite difficult to take to the store when the tire is punctured. If it is within the business trip range and you can not get on at a station etc., it is possible to respond by making a phone call. (If you are out of business hours or doing other business repairs, you may not be able to respond immediately, but they will always do the repairs.) I was able to buy a satisfactory bike within my budget.

The answer is that if you puncture and ask for a repair on a business trip, you can't fix it unless you bring it back to the shop. Is business trip free? When asked, “Yes, it ’s free” and then asked, “Is it okay to have it taken after repair?” Answered “Yes, it ’s okay”. I was relieved, but later I received a phone call saying "Please come to pick up because the repair is complete". “Oh, do you deliver it?” “It ’s okay, but there ’s a charge”. Isn't it sly to say after repairs are complete? I tought. Furthermore, when you say "I want to pay with a card", I am told that "I am fine at the store" and is the master card okay? I can't answer properly. When I asked "Okay, what is Amex?", "I don't know if I don't try it." 20 minutes later, I got a phone call, “I ca n’t use my master card. I ca n’t use AMEX.” “Well, what card can I use?” “First, master card and visa…” “Wow! Master! “I can't use an Amex Mastercard” or “What is an Amex Mastercard!”, It was an easy response. Even if I changed to another clerk, I was told the same thing. Furthermore, when I went to the store and tried to pay, I was charged a higher price than the amount I had heard over the phone, and said, “It is different from the amount I had heard,” I hurriedly lowered the price. Is this store really okay? It is a shop that I am worried about.
